� ORDINANCE NO. , �.Y .7 � _� <br /> An Ordinance Amending the zoning map ,' � - �=� I�; <br /> of the City of Everert as provided by ' <br /> �lunicipal Code Title l9 (Ordinance No. 3572) Q� 1 I 1 � <br /> Rezone 117-82 Casino Road Enterprises --••--- <br /> l50' west of Evergreen Way on Casino Road � �iY 01�, E"�' <br /> ; - �c• :=. i <br /> WHEREAS, on July l, 1982, the Land Use Hearing Fxaminer of the City of <br /> Everett held a public. hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described <br /> property from R-3, Multiple-Family Low-Density Itesidential to C-1, General <br /> Comrnercial zone, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing c•ecommendations of <br /> the Land Use Hearing Examiner, has determined tha� said property should be <br /> rezoned and zoned C-1, General Commercial. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of Everett does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set torth is in the best interest of the City of <br /> Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Section ?.: That the proposed aoning change is based on the property owners <br /> executing the attached concomitant agreement to the rezone. <br /> Section 3: That the Zoning '.�ap of the City of Evereti, as established by <br /> Everett Municipa, Code, Titie 19 (Ord.
