All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitntion Foundntion (NS� for its intended <br /> use. <br /> 2. Storage refrigerators must be listed for the storage of potentially hozardous foods. <br /> 3. Exva wnll protection is required on walls behind sinks and food preparation tables. A 16 inch high <br /> backsplash of plasdc laminate, 5berglass reinforced plastic or equ�l is acceptable. Plastic coated <br /> hardbonrd is not acceptable. <br /> A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the ume of inspection the <br /> construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipmen� must be in place. <br /> Incomplete construction may result in a $60.00 reinspection fca. Please contact the Food Program <br /> oftice at least one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
