The hole would accomodate approximately 1200 to 1500 yards of fill dirt. I was informed by the construction manager there at the Fred Dfeyers buildi.ig site that i would need a building permit in order for the fill dirt to be dumped on my �roperty adjacent to the Fred Meyers building site. The building site manager informed me that it was advantageous to him to be able to dump the fill�dirt on my pro��erty becasue the only alternative he had was to donate the fill dirt to the City of Everett and dump the same at the City of rverett city dump. To dump this dirt at the city dump would requir� him to travel long distances and would take a greater period of time and therefore expressed an interest in dumping the dirt on my property in the hole previously described. On the 4th day of September, 1974, an application ' was made to the City of Everett Department of tiuildings seeking authority to dump said dirt on my property.
