I was at this time encouraged to
sign a release athorizing this work to be done
at which time I refused to do so.
That r,s a result of the conduct of the City of
verett several topographical changes to the '•
south nroperty line of my property have been
made. That in addition to the
taking of property, the City of Everett has
constructed a newly designed drainage system
along the Casino Road which now has directed
the dzainage from the Casino Road area and the
Evergreen Way area onto my property. As a
result of this drainage change, waters drain
at an increased rate from the Casino Road and y-s ,-;
Gvergreen Way areas causing a large body of water -,, , , .
to stand on my properEy. I7i or o-f"--;F--- '
•.'
unauTiori--ied—mo3ifica3on of the area drainage ..,,,,,,,,, + f
system, my property would not be flooded or -•^'
receive drainage run-of to the extent that ponds
or stanuing bodies of water would be created.
That as a result of the drainage system inslalled
by the Cii:y of Everett and the unauthorized changes
to my property, there now periodically exists a
standing body of water on my property approximately
i •J, , ,r 30 feet wide, 50 feet long, and 1 1/2 feet deep
;j y at i}s-aeepest poi;"aIT-fo my amage.
