That he informad me that <br /> � ' ll it was advantageoue tc> Fred Meyera for the dirt to be dumped on my <br /> la property which wae approximately 500 feat from the construction eit . <br /> 13 That if tho dirt was not qoing to ba dumped on my property, that it <br /> ;,•, . . 14 Woulci have to be donated to the Cr�ty uf �verott for dumping at tho <br /> .. 15 City Dump. <br /> 16 That I contacted tho City of Sverott for the purpose of <br /> 17 apPlyinq for a dum in � <br /> p g permit on the Ath day of �eptembor, 1974. <br /> 18 The application was approved and a permit wa3 isaued on thc 5th <br /> l� day of September, 1974 whicti autliorized fill dirt to bo ciumped on <br /> 20 thn abovQ desczibod property for the purpose of filling in the <br /> 21 dopression located on said property. An investiqation was made i» <br /> 22 regards to the environmantal impact of such a dumping and it was <br /> 23 found that there would ba no impact on tho surrounding environment <br /> 24 and wildlifo and therefora the <br /> permit was approved. Payment for <br /> 25 �che permit was mada and dumping of fill �lirt commenced on the 7th <br /> 26 day of SaptembAr. Tliat aEter approxinately two to threQ loacls had <br /> 27 been dumped, tho City o£ 13verett came out and posted a stop work <br /> . 28 ordar refuain to <br /> , q pormit I'red Dfoyers to dump any more dirt on my <br /> 29 property. That the City oE Everett was then contacted to inquire <br /> 30 Why the atop order was lasucQ, to which tho City of �verett <br /> 31 responded thnt a totul Environ�acntal impact Statenent would bo <br /> 32 re uired and would take a <br /> 4 pProxir.�ataly sixty (GO) days.
