The site plan we
have submitted along with one SEPA Checklist illustrates 29 total
stalls provided: 27 exterior and 2 interior spaces. We calcula!ed
the required parking from City of Everett established ratios for the
intended and proposed uses as follows:
USE AREA PARKTNG RATIO STALLS RE UIRED
Food Market 2400 Sq. Ft. 3 + 1 Per 300 11
Other Retail
Establishments
i .e. , Personal
Service Shops 5315 Sq. Ft. 3 + 1 Per 600 12
TOTAL REQUIRED 23
Of the 5375 square feet, appro.imatly 1500 sqoare feet would be ware-
house which is now proposd to be used for installation of aut stereos.
It is our opinion having designed a great number of these projects that
more than adequate parking is provided on the site for the uses proposed.
The developer has no intent leasing space to uses which require more
parking fhan is provided. They are willing to 1'mit the uses tu thnse
indicated in the zoning ordinance that meek the arking provided and
establishea ratios. This project is not a <_hopping center. Tt is a
convenience retail ;rip center catering to per;unal service users.
(Ccntinued)
L '
