W�th the addidon of the <br /> following, the plans are approved. <br /> 1. All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitadon Foundation <br /> (NS� for its intended use. <br /> 2. Food preparation tables must be NSF listed stainless steel tables. <br /> 3. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. <br /> 4. An addidonal handwash sink is reqnired. The best location would be as near ns <br /> possible to the grill area. <br /> 5. A mop sink or udliry sink is required. <br /> 6. If a �op machine is used then a reduced pressure backflow prevendon device is <br /> reqmred at the end of the copper water pipe prior to the cazbonation device. <br /> 7. Extra wall protection is required on walls behind sinks and food preparadon tables. <br /> A 16 inch t�igh backsplash of plastic laminate, fiberglass reinforoed plastic or equal is <br /> acceptable. Plasdc conted hnrdboard is not acceptable. <br /> 8. The ceiling above the food preparation and utensil washing areas must be <br /> nonabsorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. <br /> 9. if ull vegetables used are purchased prewashed, a prep sink is not required. <br /> If diere are any significant changes or udditions to your layout or equipmeat, the <br /> Snohomish Health District must be notified. <br /> A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the 6me of <br /> inspection the construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all <br /> equipment must be in place.
