If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation <br /> of complecion, you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspeaion of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspettion if the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day e�ctension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days.
