Walkways must ailow <br /> pedestrians and wheelchairs to gain easy access from sidewalks and bus stops to building <br /> entrances through ihe use of paths which are physically separated from vehicle traffic and <br /> maneuvering areas. (See lhe city's Design and Conslruclion Standards and Sp�cifications <br /> Manual and Section 39.165 of the Zoning Code.) <br /> 23. Placemenl and screening o(refuse disposal areas musl be provided per Section 39.080 of <br /> the Zoning Code as follows: <br /> a. Garbage receptacles, dumpslers, and recycle bins shall be provided in all multiple <br /> family, commercial, induslrial, and instilutional developments and shall not he localed in a <br /> required front yard setback area, or street side setback area for corner lols. Where an alley <br /> abuls a lot, the garbage rec�placles, dumpster, or recycle bin shall be localed adjacent to Ilie <br /> alley. <br /> b. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins musl be screened from view from the street <br /> and from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense vegetalion or by <br /> placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a siruclural enclosure. <br /> c.
