The structure has become so dilapidated, deteri��rated and damaged <br /> by fire it has become an att�active nuisance to children and other <br /> persons. <br /> Sec. 1001 of the Uniform Hcusing Code: <br /> 1 . All vital systems, plumbing, electrical and heating have been <br /> destroyed. <br /> 2. The foundation is rotted and inadequate. <br /> 3. Members of walls are not in pluinb and are deteriorated . <br /> 4. Ceiling, roof and roof supports are deteriorated and/or destroyed <br /> by fire to the point of causing a sag in the horizontal members . <br /> 5, The interior of the structure and the exterior prert;ises is littered <br /> with debris creating an ext�emely hazardous situation, <br /> 6. The structure is open to the public. <br /> 1. Storage of du:ens of automob�le tires in the yard is in violation <br /> of City Ordinance No. 863-82. <br /> The structure has been posted as "Unlawful to Occupy" and "Unsafe" . <br /> � <br /> ` J <br />
