That a City of �verett E3usiness License has not Ueen <br /> issued for this address since 1957 . <br /> 5. That certain State Contractor Licenses have been issued <br /> for this address . <br /> 6 . That Occupant/Owner moved from this addres� some time <br /> subsequent to 1957 , but maintained his offices at <br /> this address . � <br /> 7. That the Owner, up until approximately six months ago, <br /> rented out the building as Single Family Dwellinq, while <br /> still maintaining an office in the 'same two rooms . <br /> 8.
