The resident to the immefliate norY.h is clderly and needs the comfort of her existing home w;_thout confusion ar:d overcrowding. 7. There is not enough cleararce between the houses to the South. Mr. Kemper in his rebuttal had tne following things to say: 1. The neighbor to the back of the property is far enough away so a one story house will not abstr�ct their view. 2 . No other properties will be bothered. , 3 . He will improve the property and tear do�,m tl�e old carpor.t. ' After visually vi.ewing the subject property and considering all the facts and testimony it was moved by f7r. Kristiansen, � seconded by Mr. Russe'L1 and unanimously carried to grant the , applicants' request as it meets all the requirements of Se,;tion i 19. 70. 060 of the Everett Municipal Code Paragraphs 1, 2 , 3 , and 9. As a condition tu the granting of this variance, the followiny ' stipulations were made: � 1 . The sti ulation to the p granting of the variance from September � 12 , 1977 wi11 still apply and it states that 11r. Remper will be required to c�nstruct a one story r�mbler in order to pre- serve the view an9 aesthetics of the surrounding area. 2 . Added to this is also a height m��ximum of seventeen feet . from the average elevation at ground level .
