Li essence , what we are nttempting to do is obtnin from the individual , who is appe17inR our procedures , a more indepth inspection of the evidence so we may have conclusive evidence to use ag�inst him at tl�c licaring . In this particular instance, we have pictures of the vehicles and Mr. Wi ] liams is fully aware of the existing laws and would undoubted]y realize that he would be furnishing us with incriminatin,q evidence .
