This action has been determined to have a non -significant impact <br />upon the environment and an Environmental Impact Statement is not <br />required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(6). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO THE <br />EVERETT CITY COUNCIL, that the Special Property Use Permit be granted to the <br />Everett School District 02 for the expansion of the Physical Education <br />Building, Graphics Arts, Electronics, Carpentry, Power Mechanics, and Auto <br />1 <br />I <br />Technical facilities with the existing tennis courts being resurfaced and <br />lighted as a portion of this expansion plan; all to be contained within the <br />{ existing campus at 801 Casino Road, with the following conditions: <br />1. That the facility be constructed according to the drawings and site <br />plan submitted. <br />2. That any major deviations from the approved site plans shall be <br />submitted for review by the Planning Commission and City Council <br />Prior to construction. i <br />3.
