The City ls also experiencing a strong <br /> demand for housing. The City would like to facilitate the construction oi new <br /> housing and to reduce the efiects oi inflation on the final costs of housing to the <br /> residents of Everett. � <br /> , 2. Developer recognizes and aclmowledges the need for improvement oi <br /> f:aslno Road because of the facts set forth herein and Exhibit A as Incorporated <br /> .herein. Developer shall fully comply wlth the requirements for obtainfng a buliding <br /> permit for lts proposed development as set forth 3n Exhibit A, as weli as other Clty <br /> ordinances. <br /> 3. Upon futfiilment by Developer of the requIrements currently set forth <br /> In Lxhibit A, and compliance with all other applicuble ordina�ices and regulations� <br /> the City will issue a building permit to Developer for construction of its proposed <br /> development in accordance with the plans and specitications o� file for that project,. <br /> and approved by the City of Everett Building Department. � <br /> 4. Developer wlll not be singled out by CIty to perform any requirement. <br /> which'does nut apply equally to other developments proposed or to be proposed <br /> along Casino Road which are similarly situated. • <br /> S. Failure to comply wlth the terms oi thi� Agreement on the part of <br /> Developer shall result in immediaYe suspension of all permits related to the <br /> ' ca�struction of the subject development; all other remedies oi the City including <br /> thosc under the Unlform Building Code or other ordinances of the City are <br /> expressly preserved as additional to any remedies herein. <br /> 6.
