While this <br /> commitment is good for two yeare fr�m GNMA� the H.U.D. offices havc recently <br /> been instcucted that tliey shall not b� allowed lo extend the firm commitments <br /> for these projects for more than GO days aftcr the original issue. As a <br /> result� we need to close on Lhe 24th of March. lf lhe cloaing extends any <br /> longer than this [�riod, we will lose wr {rrmanent mortgage financing and <br /> the project will not proceed. It is important thcrefore that �on get out building <br /> �>ezmit as soon as possible since H.U.D. will not cloce on the mortgage wlthout <br /> the building permit. 1 would appredate it therefore if we can make a dcadline <br /> of no 1 ater lhan Fkirch ZOth� of having the t�vilding permit in our architect's <br /> hands.
