The sub- <br /> basin lo the north is approximalely 0.80 �cres and lhe sadh sub-basin is epproximalely <br /> I0.27 acres. <br /> I <br /> 8stimated runoff rates from the norlh sub-basin in the exisling condiliou for lhe 2-year, <br /> 10-year, nnd 100-yeer stonn events are 0.12 cfs, 0.21 cfs, nnd 0.3G cfs, respeclively.
