The propooeu site is cutrently zoned R-3, multiple -family low density residence <br />zone, which would allow this us,,. <br />2. Acress will be provided via Casino Road, a collector street in a deteriorated condition <br />whic't currently carries high traffic volumes. <br />Noinr :.evels on the site ara high and are generated -by traffic on Casino Road to the <br />south, SR 526 to the North, and Boeing and Paine Field to the Wc:st. <br />11.
