Plantings must <br /> consist of a minimum of 75� of tt.e area in groundcover and a <br /> minimum of 6 evergreen trees or siirubs for each 100 aquare feet <br /> of required landscaped area. Platitinqs should be a minimum of <br /> three feet in height at time of planti.nq. (SEPA Aesthetics ancl <br /> Light and Glare Policies) <br /> 7. The site appears to drain to Merrill Rinq Creek. If this site <br /> '�' actually drains to Merrill Ring Creek, on-sita detenticn or <br /> payment of a drainage fee will be required. Drainage to any <br /> � ' other drainagQ basin will require construction of an on-site <br /> � detention system (payment of a fee will not be an option) . This determination assumes compliance with state <br /> �� law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br /> including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br /> �' drainaqe, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br /> � environmental checklist in conjunction with an application for a <br /> �� Special Property Use Permit (SPU /21-87 ) This information is <br /> available ta the public on request.
