Public Works Department approval of these drawinqs <br /> is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted <br /> before occupancy permits ar�a iasued. <br /> Z. Special charqes for connection to the sewer and water <br /> systems in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 and subsequent <br /> revieions are applicable. These charqes are based on <br /> projected water usage and can be substantial. The Applicant <br /> is encouraged to obtain a copy of the ordinance and <br /> determine estimated charqea prior to buildinq permit <br /> application. The actual charges shall be computed by the <br /> Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the <br /> time of buildinq permit issuance. <br /> 3 . On-site detention of stormwater runoff from impervious areae <br /> is required per city atandarda. Per city atandards, surface <br /> drainaqe facilitiea including wetponds, detention <br /> facilities, veqetated swales, and infiltration facilities <br /> shall be located outside the associated buffers of all <br /> wetlands, streams, rivers, lakes, or ponda. Natural <br /> wetlands or wetlands created for mitigation may not be used <br /> for detention of stormwater. <br /> 3 <br />
