Public Works Department approval of these drawinqs is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before occupancy permits ar�a iasued. Z. Special charqes for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 and subsequent revieions are applicable. These charqes are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time of buildinq permit issuance. 3 . On-site detention of stormwater runoff from impervious areae is required per city atandarda. Per city atandards, surface drainaqe facilitiea including wetponds, detention facilities, veqetated swales, and infiltration facilities shall be located outside the associated buffers of all wetlands, streams, rivers, lakes, or ponda. Natural wetlands or wetlands created for mitigation may not be used for detention of stormwater. 3
