10. Development of the site must not adveraely affect the <br /> hydrology of the site�s wetlands. The quantity and rate of <br /> water entering the wetlands, must be determined for current <br /> conditions. Under developed conditions a similar rate and <br /> quality of roof drainage or treated runoff must c�ntinue to <br /> be discharged to the wetland(s) . Prior to application for <br /> building permits and plan review by the Public Works <br /> Department, a characterization of the hydroloqy of the <br /> wetland(s) on or adjacent to this project that may be <br /> affected by the development of this site must be submitted <br /> to and approved by the Planning and Public Works <br /> Departments. Stormwater from the roof drains for B�ilding B <br /> aII� a portion of the carports mav be discharqed into a <br /> snreader trench to be located in that �prtion of the <br /> L�.Qviz'ed buffer area to be reveaetated. in a location and of <br /> a desiQn nnoroved by Public Works. (Desiqn and Construction <br /> Standards i Specifications) <br /> 11. Per city standards, a temporary construction chainlink or <br /> solid wooden fence a minimum of four (4) feet high must be <br /> placed along the edqe of any wetland, atream, lake or slope <br /> buffers prior to the initiation of any land altetation <br /> activities on the site. (Desiqn and Construction Standards <br /> and Specifications) <br /> 12. Per City Policies, due to the proximity of the site to <br /> environmentally sensitive ereas, seasonal limitations will <br /> be placed on land alteration activities on the sit�a. Land <br /> alteration activities are defined in the city's Desiqn end <br /> Construction Standards nnd Specifications as clearing, <br /> grubbinq, excavation, fillinq, qradinq, and stockpiling. <br /> Determination of the exact seasonal limitation period <br /> require� site specific information generally not available <br /> until the project's design stage. However, preliminary <br /> analysis using the information available at this time <br /> indicates that land alteration activities on the projact <br /> site will be restricted to the period between February 1 and <br /> November 1. <br /> 13. City Streots are to be kept clear of dirt and debria at all <br /> times during the construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works <br /> Inepector. <br /> 14 . Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site <br /> and placed within the City Limits. <br /> 15. Any broken or damaqed rsidewalk shall be repaired/replaced <br /> per the city Public Works Inspector. <br /> 16. On-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the <br /> City. The easement must be submitted to the City prior to <br /> the issuance of permits. <br /> 5 <br />
