Fir A7Arm stem - An approved fire detection system must <br /> be provided as required by Chapter 16.76 of the Everett <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> Plans for such system must be submitted to the Fire Marshal <br /> f�r raview and approval prior to installation. Submittal <br /> shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. <br /> Appropriate trip teste, witnessed by a Fire Department <br /> inspector, muat be performed prior to final acceptance of <br /> the system. <br /> Fire alarm systems must be installed under permit of the <br /> City of Everett Buildinq Department. Electrical inapections <br /> and approval are required prior to calling for acceptance <br /> tests. Call 259-8810 for permit information. <br /> 33. A portable fire extinguieher with a minimum UL rating of 2A <br /> must be provided within 75 feet travel of all portions of <br /> each buildinq during construction and prior to occupancy. <br /> 34. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal <br /> Code 46.44. Fire Ianea must be identified by red curbs with <br /> white etenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE L�NE" and <br /> vertical siqna stating �NO P1IRKING - FIRE LJ►NE - TOW AWAY <br /> 2oN6.^ Locetion must be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 35. The premises must be clearly identified by the correct <br /> addreas at the street entry. Each buildinq must be clearly <br /> identified so as to be visible and legible from the acceas <br /> road. Eech apartment, where applicable, must be clearly and <br /> leqibly identified so as to be visible and leqible from the <br /> access road. <br /> 36. Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity must be located a <br /> minimum of 5 feet from the building [UFC 11.302(b) , 1991 <br /> Edition] . <br /> 37. The City of Everett prohibits o�itdoor burning. Therefore, <br /> outdoor burninq for the purpose of disposinq of construction <br /> debris or rubbish will not be permitted. <br /> 38. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> ?,CCESS ROADS AND FIRE HYDRANTS MUST BE IN SERVICE PRTOR TO <br /> COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. <br /> 39.
