Pdor to eny construction,work or any other activiry by Granror on the easement,a <br /> noNficadon and plans tor the seme shall be suhmitted in wriHng t�the Ciry by Contractor and no <br /> such rnnstructtoq wark or aMivity by Grautor shell be commenced without City'a prior written <br /> agreement that the Grantor's proposed construction,work or activlty will not intedere with the <br /> City's easement grented herein;PROVIDED,HO�YHVER,any changes or revlstons in the plans <br /> shall also be subJect to Ciry's pdor agreement. Grenror hereby authorizes City to cut,trim and remave eny and ell bn�sh,trees,other <br /> vegetation or debris upon the eesement and the right of access for such purposes. Granror also <br /> authorizes the City to cut,Mm and remove any and all brush,trces,other vegetedon and debris on <br /> Grentor's property w6ich,in the Ciry's reesonable judgment,constitutes a 6azard to the easement <br /> and the dght of access tor such purposes. <br /> 4.
