We realize this will be a temporary solution until the neiqhboring parcel to the weat is devel- oped. In addition, we also recognized the reaponsibility of mainte- nance of thls system liea with the developer. Dan Mathais requeated downstream conveyance calculations for the pro- poaed Centron syatem. i have encloaed them for his review. ; The easementa for Centron' s water system were prepared and delivered j to Centron by our office yeaterday. However, the storm drainage ease- ment aeems aomewhat dubious at this point. Centron' s plans will ahow tapping the proposed catch basin at C.P.C.'s S.W. corner, and at that time the pumping system will be abandoned. C.P .C. is extremely anxio��s to commence construction and wiah to expedite this review. If any problema arise concerning approval of i thia project, please call me pereonally so we may addresa the problem '� as soon as poasible.
