The plans <br /> ' prepared in conjunction wlth your permit and the package you recelved in <br /> conjunction with the Casino Road Traffic lmpact Mitigation Ordinance (556-78) <br /> clearly indicate your responsibility with regard to Public improvements abutting <br /> your slte including transitlons on the east and west side. <br /> As you are well aware, the improvement consists of a 12 foot shoulder (at 2% <br /> slope down, from exisUng Casino Road surfacingl, proper drainage installation <br /> and an at grade 6 foot asphalt pedestrian pathway including transitton from the <br /> extreme west end to the extreme east end of your abutting property. Your <br /> driveway, by ordinance, can be a maximum 25 feet wide at the entrance with the <br /> flair at Casino Road be[ng a maxlmum of 30 feet in width. ►n addition the <br /> driveway is required to meet the new Cas[no Road Right-of-Way at street grade. <br /> None of these requirements have been provided for. In bold red print on the face <br /> of your permit you were Instructed to call Engineering before constructlon. Had <br /> that call been made, siPnificant reconstruction expense could have ber.n sived. <br /> You are directed to submit a schedule and plan for immediate corrections of <br /> these above mentioned items. Failure to submit such schedule and plans will <br /> result in an immedlate"stop work order" being placed on your site. <br />
