It�s our <br /> under6tandinq that these chanqes consist mainly of minor relocations <br /> of buildings end perking arens, relocation of utilities, increesinq <br /> unit sizes (the number of bedrooms would rot increase) , reducinq the <br /> number of units, covering the swimming pool, incrensing the driveway <br /> entrance to 29 feet in width, and changinq the day care use to <br /> apartments. From our discussion, it's also our understnnding that you <br /> have valid Building Permits. <br /> The changes propoaed on the main portion of the site are Rinor and <br /> will be vested under the existinq buildinq permits, provided tha� you <br /> have obtnined valid extensians of your permits. The Buildinq <br /> Departmant will issue revislons to the existing penaits, with the <br /> review Pees based on hourly rates. <br /> The proposed apnrtment use on the lot previously approved for dey cnre <br /> use under Special Property Use Permit N1-89 will not be vested under <br /> the old zoninq code. In order to construct apartments on that site, <br /> you must aubmit a new SEP1� checklist and comply with all zoning code <br /> requirements in ePfect at time of application. <br /> We have the followinq specific comments regardinq the revised site <br /> plan submitted: <br /> 1.
