INFORM?,TION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> 1 . Detailed drawings .in accordance with City Design and Const:uction <br /> Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showing site parkirq layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drain- <br /> age, temporary construction erosion control, and all required <br /> improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Depertment approval of these drawinqs is required prior to any <br /> permits being issued. All improvements shall bs completed, <br /> approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2. City streets and al]eys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris <br /> at all times durinq construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> J. Performance guarantees are required for the public util±ties. <br /> d Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and <br /> placed wSthin the City limits. <br /> 5. A one-year guarantee is required on the public utilities for an <br /> amount not less than lOt of the cost of oonstruction and shall <br /> run for one year from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy <br /> Permit for the project. <br /> 6. A two-year quarantee is required for private retention/detention <br /> or other drainege treatment/abatement facilities aerving areas <br /> larger than one acre. <br /> 7. On-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. <br /> The easement will be submitted to the City prior to the issnance <br /> of oermits. <br /> 8. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will <br /> be r�equired to be submitted per City desiqn and construction <br /> sta�;dards and specificntions. <br /> 9. The Police Department has the followinq security recommendations: <br /> a. The perimeter doors should be solid core with 190 deqree to <br /> 220 degree wide angle viewers and aingle cylindez deedbolts <br /> with 1" throw and at least 3" screwa securinq striker <br /> plete. <br /> b. Bay windowa should overlook the parking lots and childreri's <br /> play areas for increased security. <br /> c. Sliding qlass doors should have Charlie bara installed for <br /> optimum security. <br /> d. Lighting of the parkinq lot should be a minimum of 1-2 f.00t <br /> candles. <br /> 6 <br />
