The proposal must comply with all <br /> ordinances in eflect at the time a complete buildinq permit <br /> application is liled, including those not specifically set forth <br /> herein. (Exception: For veating under the Zoninq Code, please refer <br /> to section 44 0! tha Zoninq Code) . Contact the Planninq Department <br /> for information reqardinq appeals processes tor the requirements <br /> listed in this document. <br /> 1. Placement and screeninq ot refuse disposal areas mus': be <br /> provided per section 39.080 0! the Zoninq Code. <br /> 2. My rockeries or retaininq walls proposed in required setback <br /> areas must be in conformance with Section 39.150 oP the Zoninq <br /> Code. <br /> 3. Landscapinq must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoninq Code. <br /> At a minimum this must include the following: <br /> a. 71 landacape strip a minimum o! ten Peet wide must be <br /> provided in the front setback area alonq West Casino Road. <br /> Thie area shall be planted with Type Iii landscapinq. <br /> b. A landscape strip a minimum oP Pive feet ��ide must be <br /> provided alonq the west property lines. This area shall be <br /> planted with Typa Iii landacapinq. <br /> c. A minimum of 420 aquare feet of landscapinq shall be <br /> provided in the interior of the parkinq lot for the 12 off <br /> atreet parkinq stalla required Lor the 8 additional units. <br /> Landscapinq muet be provided per Sectio� 35.OBOE of the <br /> 2oning Ccde. <br /> d. Prior to issuance oP any permits, landscaping plans must be <br /> reviewed and approved by the Planninq Department per <br /> Section 35.100 oi the Zoninq Code. The landscaping plan <br /> must shov location and dimensions of required veqetated <br /> awales, wetponds, detention pends, rockeries and retaining <br /> walls, and qzadinq at 2 Poot intervals. Irriqation systema <br /> must be provided in all landscaped arens per Section 35.190 <br /> of the Zoninq Code. 11 2 year maintenance assurance device <br /> muat be provided !or the landscapinq per Section 35.130B of <br /> the Zoninq Code. <br /> 4. A minimum of 1,200 square feet o! open space ia required on the <br /> site per Section 15.030 of the Zoninq Code. Calculationa for <br /> open space areas muat be provided on the plans submitted for <br /> Buildinq Permits. Landscapinq in the parkinq areas and setbacke <br /> shall not be counted in meetinq this standard. <br />
