City etreets and alleys are to he kept clear of dirt and debris <br /> at all tlmes during construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleaninq must occur as directed by the Public Works inspector. <br /> 3. Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and <br /> placed within the City limits. <br /> 4. on-�ite watermain will. be staked within an easement to the City. <br /> The easement will be submitted to tho City prior to the issuance <br /> of permits. <br /> 5. As-bullts of storm sewer and water systems will be required to be <br /> � submitted per City desiqn and canstruction standarda and <br /> (C'� specificatione. <br /> j � 6. The fire flow requirement for this project is 2,000 gallons per <br /> I �� minute. <br /> I 7. The premises must be identified at the street and entry. Each <br /> building and apartment muet alsn be identified so that they are <br /> i 1 � cleerly visible from the access road. <br /> I �`_, e. Construction must comply with Article 87 of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code, 1985 Edition. <br /> 1�',�� 9. Portable fire protection must be provided which complies with <br /> T`� Uniform Fire Code Standard 10-1. <br /> 10. The Police Department has the follnwing security recommendations: <br /> � ���� a. The perimeter doors should be solid cor3 with 190 deqree to <br /> ' 220 degre3 wide angle viewers and single cylinder deadbolts <br /> with 1" throw and at leaet 3" screws securinq striker <br /> I �1�� plate. <br /> \ b. Bay windows should overlook the parking lot for increased <br /> security of vehicles. <br /> c. Sliding glass doors should have Charlie bars installed for <br /> optimum security. <br /> 5 <br />
