Freiheit of Roderick G. Parr & Associates to <br /> construct 230 condominium units on portions of Tracts 40, 41 and 42, Beverly <br /> Berry Tracts Division No. 2, commonly known as 150FS West Casino Road. <br /> „t the time of submission a plan check fee was paid in the amount of $3,501 .05 <br /> based upon an estimated value of 5 million dollars. At the time of submissian <br /> a pla� check was valid for a period not to exceed one year and was extende� <br /> for a perind of one additional year or until September 26, 1981 . <br /> The plans that were submitted September 26, 19)9 were designed and checked <br /> under the provisions of the 1976 Edition of the Uniform Buildin9 Code.
