Normelly we try to get the property line roughly 150 feet from the <br /> centerline of pley for most of the hole, with the assumptian that there wo�ld be <br /> some sort of an additionel setbeck to eny atructures. <br /> I heve indicated thia line on a eketch/study, four copies of which I have <br /> encloaed. Only neer the green is thia line at ell inside your development. <br /> Ita higher elevation and 18'-32' setback mitiga[e most concerna I would heve <br /> concerning ita eafety. <br /> The City hes indicated that it intends to close the upper tee even though <br /> according to my safety diegram there ehould not be e problem. Whet the diagram <br /> end plan don't ehow is how the hole is actually played. Because the hole elopes <br /> right end there is a hazerd to the right, golfers play to the left, perallel to <br /> [he property line, which cauaes balls to be hit out of bounds onto your property. <br /> 1 have also reviewed your lendsceping plens and, though I may differ with you on <br /> plent meteriels, the amount and locetion of trees ahould eventuelly provide en <br /> edditional margin of safety for your units. <br /> Ae r.he result of this review, and my posStion as the City of Everett's Golf Coursr. <br /> Architect, it is my opinion thet your lendscape design �aill assiat in mitigeting <br /> potential errant golf shote which mey impact residen[s of your unita.
