Casino Road , caused by your equipment entering into the construction site there . You will recall that my daughter Karen Rupert, was driving a white 78 Merc Sedan on her way to work at 7 : 30 A.M. on Friday moring January 17 . You had the tire changed for her, and told her that my insurance would probably cover it. She saw the large break in the road after it was too late to avoid hitting it . I went to see you about it the next day or two , and you told me that it was not a chuck-hole but a large ,�agged piece of iorn that had follen off of some one else ' s truck: The tire does not have a ,�agged cut it -� is a rim cut right th;ough the casing , and you also told me that another woman hit the same ob�ect and that one of your trucks had problems also. I personaly 'observed as she did that the road was soon repaired with new asphalt and is very much in evidence. I did not have road hazar d insurance on the the tires , but I am sure you have liability insurance for you company. I have notified the Everett public works department , and they are awaiting your reply to me. Please reply prompltl ,y so I will know what further action to take.
