P@rmit Counter <br /> 3200 Cedar <br /> �verett, WA 98201 <br /> Dear Ms. Zimmerman: <br /> We have reviewed your latest red line comments and have made <br /> the changes as we hnve discussed: <br /> Add cb's to end of perforat:ed infiltration line; <br /> Locate structure on adjacent property relative to the <br /> property line, ( 17' ) s <br /> RoL .e hydroqraph of 2 year storm (equivalent to <br /> approximately 0.5 inch/hour peak intensity to compare <br /> the elevation of the infiltration system to the <br /> oil/water separatur vault: maximum elevation is 663.17 <br /> for the deslqn storm which is below the outlet <br /> elevation of the vault, 663.5. <br /> Conduct the soils investigation to 3 feet below the <br /> trench, soil log attached and <br /> Re-aize the vault to exclude the equalizer pipe volume <br /> and not include the direct rainleader discharge from <br /> the buildings that bypass the vault. <br /> The location of the system was at 22 feet from the building <br /> foundations on the adjacent property and 8 feet from the new <br /> buildings on site. We have relocate�; the trench to 20 feet <br /> from the building on the adjacent property and 10 feet from <br /> the new building on this site as discussed using King County <br /> Surface Water Manaqement criteria for setbacks of 5 feet <br /> minimum to �hannels, and 10 feet to inf�.ltration trenches. <br /> The excerpts for the setbacks a�:e enclosed for your <br /> convenience. We appreciate your assurances of priority <br /> review and approval in a "matter of days" with these changes <br /> incorporated.
