Upon fultillment by Dcveloper of thc requircments currcntly sat forth <br /> in Exhibit A, and compliance with all other applicable ordinances and re�ulations, <br /> the City will issue a building permit to Devcbper for construciion of its proposed <br /> development in accordance with the plans and speci{ications on tilc for that project <br /> and approved by the City of Everett Building Department. <br /> 4. Developer tvill not bc singled ou; by City to perform any rcquirement <br /> which does not apply equally to other developmcnts prop�sed or to be pro�wsed <br /> along Ca:ino Road which are similarly situated. <br /> 5. Failure to cornply with the tcrms oi this A�recment on the p�rt of <br /> Developer shall result in immediate suspension of all permits related to thc <br /> construction of the subject development; all other remedies of the City indnding <br /> those under the Uniform �uilding Code or othcr ordinances of thc City are <br /> expressly preserved as additional to any remedics herein. <br /> 6.
