This was pursued, however, there <br /> are no prospects for obtaining the necessary easements. We are proposing <br /> a lift station to connect to the existing sewer ma�hole on Casino Road <br /> located approximately 205 feet East of the Northeast Corner of the <br /> Northwest 1/4, Section 14, Twp 28N, Range 4E. <br /> This lift station shall be designed to service 213 condominiums with <br /> a pro,�ected population of 627 people. Assuming a maximum daily flow <br /> of 100 gallons per person per day, and a peak to avera9e flow ratio <br /> of 5, the station will have a capacity of 218 GPM with a 10 minute <br /> � ,, � ,�,� stora9e facility (2,180 Gal ). Total head shall be in the neighborhood <br /> �� �1�.� of 30 fee�.
