We have been approached <br /> by the above referenced developer with regard to hia Shiloh Village De- <br /> velopment. Their interest Was in obtaining from us a twenty foot (20 ) <br /> sewer eaeement which would eervice the3r development eite which ie to the <br /> eaet of our Lot 4 and 5. Gebco Development declined to grant the eewer <br /> easement ar.d in addition expreeeed our concern to the developer upon review <br /> oE h!s drawinge regarding the proposed water retention aystem and his han- <br /> dling of storm water run-off. Hie drawinge indicate that a twenty foot <br /> (20') atorm drainage easement which would run from hie property acroea Lote <br /> 1, 2 and 3, and Chen end at our Lot 4. The obvious effect here would be to <br /> create a p�nd and exceesive wa[er run-off from his develapment. <br /> The developer expreseed to me that we should not be concerned becnuse <br /> they had engineered the eystem such that it would allow no more run-off <br /> than ie normal for our piece of ground.
