The first of these alternatives involves
our obtaining of easements from several land owners to the
west of our site. These sanitary sewer easements would then
allow us to gravity flow to the manhole located on the down-
side portion of Casino Road. Of course, the actual construc-
tion of the sewer improvements would be done in conformance
with the City of Everett's requirements.
The second alternative would come into play if we were unable
to obtain the requisite of sanitary sewer easements mentioned
above. This alternative would reyuire the desi9nin9 and instal-
manhole locatedtintfront oflthensite'snertherly borderonhe
Casino Road.
Lonnie, as you probably know I have kept in close touch with
Larry Callahan regarding the timing of the issuance of our
Building Permits. Larry has been most gracious in gearing up
to issue the permit not later than Friday afternoon, February
27, thus enabling us to solidify our land purchase transaction
and thereby not forfeit the entire deal .
.!
+ LIflC040 PNOPBRI9 CORIPal1Y 915 1(ich tVE N F..SUII E 15Ci BELLE ViJE.WASHINGTON 9BOO4 lC 208QB34B1 3
1
