NARRATIVE STATEMENT <br />Gocy NeaNfi <br />At present imamanin violation of Zoning Code Section 19.40 which <br />establishes offstreet parking standards.71441� are eleven spaces short <br />of the one space for each two hundred square feet of floor area required <br />for medical clinics. Group Health first moved onto the site as a tenant <br />subsequently occupying an increasing portion of the building and finally <br />purchasing the property outright. <br />I* propose to meet the parking requirement by leasing thirty-five <br />parking spaces from Temple Baptist Church which is located directly <br />across East Casino Road from W facility. A copy of the lease is <br />attached together with a letter dated August 15, 1986 from the church <br />in which Dr. Stave, the Senior :Iastor, mentions the lease and supports <br />th~ request for a variance. <br />Also attached is a secondd._1e_t_t_e_. dated August 15, 1986 from Judith <br />Schwartz, the Manager second. <br />Clinic.
