That the authorization of such variance will not be materially <br />detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property in the <br />vicinity or zone in which the property is located. <br />Finding: If the variance is granted, the church will still hive <br />adequate parking and by leasing their excess spaces to the clinic will <br />provide needed parking and relieve a parking problem in the area. <br />There were no adverse comments from other City Departments on <br />requested variance. <br />Conclusiont This variance would not be materially detrimental to <br />plpublic welfare or injurious to other properties in the vicinity <br />zone. <br />4. That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect <br />Comprehensive General Plan. <br />Finding: The 1967 Comprehensive Plan designates the area a Multi <br />Family Residential and churches are a permitted use in the R-3 zone. <br />Conclusiont Granting of this variance will not adversely affect <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Hoard of Adjustment of the City of Everett doe;t <br />hereby order that the variance to allow the church to lease 35 off-street <br />parking spenes to Group Health for their use from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monde - <br />through Friday, thereby reducing the churches off-street parking to 42 <br />spaces instead of the 100 requirad by Code be GRANTED and further require <br />the applicant to meet the following condition. <br />1.
