I senc a letter to the �c-'. v�', owner advisfng him of the structures condition and his need to � '� take care of the situation. � � • m 7/8/85 - Mr. Don McCay, property manager for Mr. Argo, called and said a he would have the building secured. _ a z 8/5/85 - An inspection of the building revealed that it was broken into � again. � � 10/30/85 - The building had been secured by using wall paneling. The o paneling was easily re�noved for eritry by unknown individual .-'. or individuals. � m 11/4/85 - A supplemental Notice and Order of the Auilding Official was sent to the owners, The supplemental Notice and Order again required the structure to be repaired or demolished. The Order also gave the owners the opporturity to appeal our action. 1 have not heard from the owners since this Order was issued.
