1 II . The �ity of Everett Ruildin� Official has found the building which <br /> is located on the above described property to be substandard. The <br /> 2 following deficiencies render the huilding substandard pursuant to <br /> Sec. 202 of the Uniform Housin� Code <br /> 3 <br /> A. All vStal systems, electrical , plumbing and heatinq have been <br /> 4 destroyed. <br /> 5 B. All the windows have been broken out. <br /> F C. Doors have been broken. o <br /> � <br /> 7 �. Plumbing fixtures have been bruken, m <br /> g E. ,4ppitances have been dislodged and knocked over. .... I <br /> � � <br /> 9 F. Wallboard is fallinq from the walls and ceilings. v�m I <br /> �p G. Roofing is rotted and deteriorated . m R � <br /> �c ' <br /> �i H. Vandals have destroyed the entire interior of the structure. �� <br /> �� <br /> 12 i . The f.ity of Everett Building Official has found the building on the m.. <br /> above describe� property to be danqerous. The structure h�s been so damaged, dilapidated and �leteriorated �m <br /> it has become an attractive nuisance to children; it may enable �O <br /> 19 persons to resort thereto for the purpose of comnitting unlaw- _ <br /> ful or immoral acts. s <br /> z <br /> 20 9. The structure is heinq maintained in violation of the Uniform = <br /> 21 Housing Code as it was adopted by the City of Everett. in <br /> z <br /> 22 [V. The structure shall be repaired in accordance with the current � <br /> Ruilding Code or shall he demolished, � <br /> m <br /> 23 V. Since the structure is uninhabitable in its present condition, it � <br /> 24 shall rr.main vacant untll such time as the structure is renaired in i <br /> accordance with the current (tuilding Code or demolished. � <br /> 25 VI . If the owners elect to repair the structure according to the Building <br /> Z6 Code, all permits must be secured therefor and the work physically <br /> commenced within 30 days of the d�te of this OrAer. All such work <br /> must he completed in compliance with the Ruildin� f,ode within 90 <br /> Z� days of the date of this Order.
