The foUowing factors were <br /> considered and the listed requirements were placed in response to comments submitted <br /> during our review of an Environmental Checklist for this proposal: <br /> I. The proposed site is zoned �1-1, Heavy Manufacturing Zone. <br /> 2. Fill would be placed immediately soutfi of an existing machine shop and graded to <br /> the existing level of the northern portion of the parcel. Vo fill would be placed in <br /> the existing swampy area. E�.isting vegetation will be elim:nated by the fill. <br /> ?. No construction is proposed at this time, but may occur in the future. All <br /> environmental review procedures must be cnmplied with when a specific <br /> construction proposr : is submitted for this parcel. <br /> 4. Det,iiled drawing snall be submitted to tne Public Works De�.artment showing <br /> temporary construction erosion control. <br /> 5. Citv streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times. Dust suppression <br /> and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Department. <br /> 6. Exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of fill completion. <br /> 7. Origin of fill is limited to Casino Road water main prcject.
