Andersen, Inc. <br /> receive approval to build a $0 foot wide public 3treet (ns <br /> opposed to the 60 foot xidtih earlier discuased� giving access <br /> to both develognents which xill run to the xesterly edge of <br /> the Andersen property, as shoxn on the enclosed slte plans. <br /> 2. It is requested that the street referred to in Paragraph 1 be <br /> continued to the xest to Hardeson Road by the developer oxning <br /> that ten (10� acres of lacid, represented by Mr. John Phillips <br /> (former�y knoirn as the Marquardt and Gazzola property) or that <br /> property's subsequet:t owner. We further request that all <br /> negotiations xith plr. Phi.11ips or the property's subsequent <br /> oxner be handled by the City of �erett, and that both K & H <br /> Gnterprisea and H. L. Mdersen, Inc. be alloxed to provide <br /> their portion of street uith the assurance that Mr. Phillips <br /> xill either comply with i:he City's request to continue said <br /> street to Hardeson Road� or in the event of his non-compliance, <br /> that the City xill handlo such non-compllance without the <br /> assintance or further design !:hange on the part of K & H <br /> Enterpri.ses and H.
