There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance. <br /> 4 7. The building is filled with rubbish and debris. <br /> S 8. Wallboard is falling from the walls and ceilings . <br /> � 9, The building is open to the public and is an attractive nuisance <br /> � and may be considered dangerous to inquisitive minors. <br /> 8 II . The Building Official has found the building on the above described <br /> property to be c'angerous. Thc following deficiencies render the <br /> buildin�l dangerous pursuant to Section 302 of the Abatement of <br /> 9 Dangcrous Buildings Code, 1979 Edition: <br /> �� 1 . Port or.s of the building have failed, become detached and <br /> dislciaed, are likely to collapse and thereby infure persons <br /> > > or dama�e property. <br /> 12 2. The bui'Iding has become so dilapidated and deteriorated it <br /> is an a�:tractive nuisance to children; a possible harbor for <br /> 13 vagrants, criminals or immoral persons; and may enable persons <br /> tc resort tl�ereto for the purpose of committing unlawful or <br /> 14 immoral acts. <br /> 15 3. The building is in violation nf the Uniform Housing Code as <br /> adopted by the City uf Everett. <br /> 16 <br /> III . The building shall either be repaired in accurdance with the current <br /> 17 Building Code or shall be demolished. <br /> 16 IV. Since the building is presently uninhabltable in its present con- <br /> dition, it shall remain vacant until such time as the building is <br /> 19 repalred in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. <br /> 20 V. If the owners elect to repair the buiiding according to the Building <br /> Code, all permits nus: be secured therefor and the work physically <br /> 21 commenced within 60 days of the date of this Crder. All such work <br /> must be completed in compliance with the Building Code within <br /> 22 90 days of the date of this Order. <br /> 23 VI . If the owners elect to demolish the buildi�g, all required permits <br /> must be secured therefor within 60 days from the date of this Order. <br /> 24 Such demolition must be completed within 90 days from the date of <br /> this Order. <br /> 25 <br /> VII. if the required repair or demolition work is not commenced within the <br /> 26 time set forth in Paragraphs V and VI, the fSuilding Official will <br /> order the building *.o remain vacated and proceed to cause the <br /> 27 structure to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against <br /> the property or its owners. <br /> 28 <br /> VIII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the structure <br /> 29 may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing AAvisory and <br /> Appeals Doard. Such appeai must be iii writing as is required by <br /> 30 <br /> 31 ' 2 I <br /> 32 <br /> � <br /> I � <br /> � <br />
