Casino, Everett, <br /> was presented to the Everett C1ty Council on September 12, 1984. <br /> The Everett City Council adopted the resolution for demolition. Enclosed <br /> is that portlon of the Councll minutes dated September 12, 1984, showing <br /> the adoptton of the resolution. <br /> The city will proceed to publicly ca11 for bids for demolitlon of the <br /> structure. Should K 6 H Enterprises proceed to have the structure demolished <br /> orior to the clty takinq such actton, proceedings on the part of the city <br /> w'll stop.
