As we discussed regarding the re-location of the cell tower facilities, that requires a
Review Process II special property use permit, for which an application has been, or
will shortly be submitted. In terms of logistics, there are a couple of options. The
first is to include the relocation in the current building permit application, lhe second
is to apply later for another building permit subsequent to compleling the land use
permit process.
2 A split rail fence is required along the bufter edge, with critical areas signs posted
along the fence. Show on ihe site plan the location of this fence and signs, and
include details as necessary showing the design of the fence.
3. The parking lot landscaping plan needs to be updated with addilional landscape
islands internal to the parking lot in suft:cient quantity so that no parking space is
more than 50 feet away irom such an isiand.
4. A minimum of one tree tor every six parking spaces, located internal to the parking
areas, is required. With the proposed 148 parking spaces, 25 trees are required.
Only 15 are shown on the landscape plan.
Please submit the revised plans to the building department m sufficient quantity to
replace the original plan submittal. If you have any questions, please call me at (425)
257-8737.
Sincer ly -
n Ji erson
enior lanner
cc Building Departmenl
Gordon Witcher
CITV OF EVER[TT • 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-A• Everett, WA 98201 • (425)257-8731 • Fax (425)257-8742
