Casino Road Building Permit (80802-018) and civil plan review <br /> ���t��" ��f."'� <br /> Dear Randy: <br /> I've reviewed the above reterenced plans for compliance with Planning Oepartment <br /> requirements and have the following comments and correcticns. <br /> 1. As we discussed regarding the re-location of the cell tower facilities, thal requires a <br /> Review Process II special property use permit, for which an application has been, or <br /> wili shortly be submitted. In terms of logistics, there are a couple of options. The <br /> tirst is to include the relucation in the current building permit application, the second <br /> is to apply later for another building permit subsequent to completing the land use <br /> permit process. <br /> 2. A split rail fence is required along the buffer ecige, with critical areas signs posted <br /> along the fence. Show on the site plan the location of this fence and signs, and <br /> include details as necessary showing the design of the fence. <br /> 3. The parking lot landscaping plan needs to be updated with additional landscape <br /> islands internal to the parking lot in sufficient quantity so that no parking space is <br /> more than 50 feet away from such an island. <br /> 4. A minimum of one tree (or every six parking spaces, located internal to the parking <br /> areas, is required. With the proposed 148 parking spaces, 25 trees are required. <br /> Only 15 are shown on ihe landscape plan. <br /> Please submit ihe revised plans to the building department in sufficient quantity to <br /> replace the original plan submittal.
