CDS unit sizing 10-11-07 <br /> CDS Unit Selection <br /> North Basin: <br /> The CDS Model PMIU20 15 stormwater treatment unit with a 24" inlet grate <br /> possessing a standard treatment rate of 0.7-cfs would be adequate for treating <br /> the stormwater runoif based on the water quality flow provided by Berg <br /> Engineering. The storm water treatment unit will be equipped with a 2400-micron <br /> screen for the removal of settleable, floatable and neutrally-buoyant solids, oil <br /> and grease. These units are equipped with an oil-baffle for the control of gross <br /> spillages of oil and/or grease. Additionally, for enhanced removal of free <br /> (residual) oil and grease, the unit may also be supplied with oil-sorbent material <br /> to retain oil and grease in solidified form. <br /> The estimated cost of the PMIU20_15 is $6.400 including delivery to the jobsite. <br /> South Basin: <br /> The CDS Model PMSU20_154 stonnwater treatment unit possessing a standard <br /> treatment rate of 0.7-cfs would be adequate for treating the stormwater runoff <br /> based on the water quality flow provided by Berg Engineering.
