Public Work.s � <br /> Department and Planning Depertment approval of these drawinqs is <br /> required prior to any permits beinq issued. All improvements <br /> shell be completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy <br /> Permit is issned. <br /> 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris <br /> at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleeninq must occur as directed by LY,e Public Works Inspector. <br /> 7 , permits ;nust be obtained for all fill removed from the site and <br /> nlaced within the City limits. It takes about J5 days (a SEPA <br /> review) to obtain permits for any specific site. There is <br /> currently a lack of ad�quate permitted fill sites within the <br /> City limits. <br /> 4 . A one-year guarar.tee is required for any public utilities <br /> constructed and site landscapinq for an amount not legs than 10$ <br /> of the cost of construction and shall run for one yeer from the <br /> dnte of issuance of the first occupancy Permit Por the project. <br /> 5. A two-yeer quarantee is requi.red for private retention/detention <br /> or other drninage treatment/abatement facilities servinq arens <br /> larger than one acre. <br /> 6. The on-site water main will be staked within an easement to the <br /> City. The easement will be submitted to the City prior to the <br /> issuance of permits. <br /> 7 . As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water syatems will <br /> be required to be submitted per City design and construction <br /> standards and specifications. <br /> e . The Police Dapartment has the followinq security recommendations: <br /> a. The perimeter doors should be solid core or �etal doors with <br /> pinned hinges and double cylinder deedbolt �ocks or lockinq <br /> creshbars. <br /> b. Windows should be desiqned so that they cannc= be opened. <br /> c. Liqhting should' be a minimum of 1 foot candle at the entrance <br /> and 4 foot candles around the building (directed so that <br /> neiqhbors are not inconvenienced) . <br /> d.
