Existfnq Conditions. Currently the site h�s three separate wetland areas. They are located in the northwest, in thP south center, and in the southeast portions of the site. The south center and the � southeast wetlands are connected throuqh a culvert under ' Casino Road to the Ci`y of Everett storm and drainage systea�. ; After heavy rains ot extended rain: , there is the probability that the northwestern wetland overflows into the two southern '�1 most wetlands o�i the site. '�' The site slopes from the northwest to tl�e southrast. There are two upland areas on the site; one located in the � ' northeast curner of the site, while the second is located '�' along the west property boundary. The site's contours follow the configuration of the wetlands ending with the lowest '�' depression being in the southeastern most wetland abutting ' ' Casino Road. The highest elevations are in north and west � sides with the highest point being in the northeast corner. �' The highest point of the site has an approximate elevation of �' S84 feet with the entire north boundary and the west boundary � being in exces; of elevation 565 feet. 1-' 3. Proposecl Project. � The proposed project includes the construction of two �e� large buildings on the site. The larger of the two buildings ' will be built along the north property boundary with the smaller '.�uilding being built in the soLthwest corner of the site abutting Casino Noad and Paine Field I3usiness Park , Phase I .
